Information we receive
Depending on your interaction, we receive your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery details, account information, purchases, messages, consultation requests, and artwork or photographs you submit. Our website and service providers may also record technical information such as IP address, browser, device, cookies, and activity needed to operate and protect the store. Payment providers handle payment information according to the payment method you select; do not send payment-card details in artwork or support messages.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and proofs, process payments and orders, personalize products, arrange production, shipping, pickup or delivery, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, this processing relates to your requested contract, our legitimate operational interests, legal requirements, or your consent. Optional promotional communications require their own permission where required.
Artwork and customer-supplied items
Submit only files you have permission to use, including permission from people shown in photographs where needed. We use submitted files to evaluate and fulfill your request and may share the necessary files with the production provider handling your order. An upload does not give us permission to use your design or photograph in public advertising. Avoid submitting identity documents, medical information, or other sensitive personal information. Service providers and fulfillment
We disclose information needed for the work to hosting and store-service providers, payment processors, production partners, delivery carriers, and communications providers. A partner-fulfilled order may require us to share your design, product selection, and recipient information with Printful. Printful describes its own processing in its Privacy Policy. We use Twilio for our SMS program when that program is enabled; see Twilio’s Privacy Notice. Providers may process information outside your state or country. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or as part of a legally permitted business transfer.
SMS order updates and mobile privacy
SMS updates are optional. When you separately opt in, PrintCove may text you about your orders, proofs, appointment requests, production status, pickup, or delivery. Giving us a phone number or placing an order does not by itself subscribe you. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with your requests and orders; message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. We may send a single confirmation of your opt-out. Withdrawing SMS consent does not cancel an order, and essential updates can continue by email or another agreed channel. If you change or give up your phone number, please tell us.
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records, or share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers, including Twilio and carriers, to operate the messaging program, honor opt-outs, prevent abuse, or comply with law. This order-update consent does not authorize marketing texts.
Cookies and choices
The store uses cookies and similar technologies for features such as your basket, login, preferences, and security. You can manage cookies in your browser, although disabling essential cookies may affect checkout and account features. Where non-essential tracking requires consent, it must remain disabled until that consent is obtained. You can decline optional communications without losing access to purchases.
